- £15 setup charge for new badges to be turned into a .dst file (digital stitch). If you have this file or we have embroidered your badge before then this charge will be waived. 

- We require artwork to be sent in either JPEG, PNG, PDF, PSD or AI format.

- All artwork should be no smaller than 600x600 pixels or 300dpi (dots per inch)
