Standard UK Delivery

Royal Mail 48: Estimated 2–5 working days from dispatch.

Royal Mail 24: Available on request – 1–2 working days.

Express & Tracked Options

DPD Local Next Working Day: Fully tracked and signed for, with a 1-hour delivery window and tracking updates via SMS or email.

Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday) will usually be dispatched the same day.

Delivery Costs

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on weight, size, and delivery speed.

Remote Area Surcharges: Additional charges may apply to addresses in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and offshore UK territories.

Return Conditions

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Personalised or made-to-order items (e.g. printed or embroidered garments) are non-returnable, unless faulty.

How to Return

Contact our team at info@sxsports.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide instructions for sending the item(s) back.

Returns should be sent via a tracked service to ensure safe arrival.

Who Pays Return Postage?

If the item is faulty or we made a mistake, we will cover return postage.

If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–14 working days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Please note: original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
