Woven Badges are ideal for designs with small lettering and finer details. They can have up to 8 colour threads and be almost any shape. Simple shapes, such as circles or oblongs, are finished with an overlock stitched border. More complex shapes are hot-knife cut—a process that seals the outer edge of the design, preventing the threads from fraying and producing a flatter border.
